Super service without any problems

Service was average, and the process was not very familiar.

Late for pickup.

Windycar, one of the bigger local car rental companies in Turkey. Good service and better value than international chains. The car was in good condition. However, there were some issues during pickup, but it didn't affect my positive impression. Details below. For pickup, the Kayseri Airport branch is not located within the airport, and there was a data issue between QEEQ and their system. I had booked for pickup at Kayseri Airport and dropoff at Istanbul Airport, but their system showed both pickup and dropoff at Istanbul Airport. This led to several calls to coordinate picking us up from the airport, confirming the booking, and dealing with issues at the store where their POS machine couldn't process my three credit cards (due to their bank's problem). The store manager was very professional and resolved the issues quickly, and after 3 hours, we completed the paperwork and got the car. Although the car they provided was dirty and almost out of gas, it was a new car with only 8000 kilometers and was in good condition.

The two guys at the car rental company were nice.

Average. Returned the car on June 16, but as of June 22, the credit card deposit has still not been refunded.

pls advise them to talk nicely to people when we ask for something. i did only asked them why my car was diesel instead of petrol? simple question but they shouted at me. as agreed to send back the car to counter but no one there, waited for more than 30mins. ended up leaved the car in the terminal parking area.

Kayseri Airport location is inconvenient. The store is not inside the airport, and customers need to take a taxi on their own to get there. Unable to contact store staff, and they do not provide pickup service. Customers need to spend 20 lira for a taxi to get there.

J'ai réservé une i20 . Malgré l'existence de 3 véhicules i20 neuve au parking on m'a remis une vieille fiat linea moteur très bruyant. Réservoir vide . Le représentant de windycar m'a dit que c'est la politique de la boîte. Pratiquement on ne peut pas rendre le véhicule absolument vide , j'ai laissé 1/4 du réservoir de carburant, ca c'est de l'arnaque et du vol de mon point de vue. C'est pas digne de Windycar si c'est vraiment leur politique générale de voler les clients.

The car was extremely old, with over 100,000 kilometers on it. The tire treads were very shallow, raising serious safety concerns. I won't consider using this rental service next time.
