They took 200 TL additional and I don't know why and they do not speak English and not helpful at all it took me 2 hours to find them in the airport I'm really not happy with the experiance

Finding the car took quite a while primarily because of QEEQ’s incorrect directions, and phone communication was poor. In reality, the car rental company at Antalya Airport is named 'aytu car', not any other rental company mentioned by QEEQ. In the Antalya Airport parking lot, you can see the signs clearly. The service at the car rental company was mediocre during pickup but excellent during drop-off, with staff proactively escorting us to the airport entrance.

Due to a system error, my flight information was lost, causing a delay of an hour as I waited at the domestic terminal while they waited at the international terminal in Izmir airport. Rented a renault clio car. Renault clio gave the symbol because there was no vehicle available.If the company does not have a rented car, an upper segment car should have been given. Lower segment gave the car. Meanwhile you want the price difference. The company did not provide 900 miles. He said he had a 750-mile limit. I am not satisfied with the company. I want a refund. If you don't help, I'il sue.
