Waited for an hour in the arrival hall, they asked for my credit card before I even got settled. I booked an automatic, but they gave me a manual and insisted I booked a manual. I've rented cars in the US over 20 times and this is the first time I've been charged a 50 lira cleaning fee for a dirty car. They held a 500 lira deposit, not a pre-authorization. Honestly, I didn't even plan to get it back. Remember, do not use this company, don’t skimp, and always buy full insurance. If big brands don’t differ much, don’t hesitate.

They took 200 TL additional and I don't know why and they do not speak English and not helpful at all it took me 2 hours to find them in the airport I'm really not happy with the experiance
