The car rental and return process went smoothly. Customer service replaced my car with a more cost-effective Ford as per my request. I drove nearly 9000 kilometers, and the car was in great condition.
Overall satisfied, still waiting for the deposit refund. The rental company said it would take 7 days, but not sure how many days it will actually take.
The pickup and car exchange went smoothly. I paid a little extra to switch to a BMW 120. The car was manufactured in December 2024 and is very new with excellent condition.
There was no staff at the airport counter, and the provided phone number was not answered. We had to ask a taxi driver to take us to the pickup location, which cost us 150 lira. Additionally, the vehicle did not match the model we ordered.
