ALAMO CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN TURKEY

Pickup and drop-off are quite convenient, the car interior is clean and odor-free.

No waiting in line, the procedure was handled immediately upon arrival.

Great!

They upgraded our car to a fairly new one, it was super clean and in great condition. Both pickup and return were really easy.

Super friendly service and they even upgraded my car for free, totally worth it!

Super easy to find.

The first car we picked up had a broken A/C, but the rental company handled it really efficiently and upgraded us to a BMW 3-series on the spot. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free, and returning the car was easy as well. Because of the rain and snow the car got pretty dirty on the outside, and there wasn’t a car wash anywhere nearby before drop-off, but the staff were very understanding and totally fine about it.

The car is new, with only 18,000 kilometers driven. It's in good condition, easy to drive, and fuel-efficient.

Really good overall experience. The pickup and return spot is right inside the airport, just about a 300m walk and you’re there. We took photos and videos when picking up and dropping off the car, and the staff didn’t nitpick or try to find tiny issues either.

They stick to the scheduled pickup time really strictly. I got to the rental office an hour and a half early and they wouldn’t release the car, so I just had to wait until the exact time.

Great service and super friendly staff. Pick-up and drop-off were really easy, and it’s close enough to the airport to just walk over.

I chose this company because of the high ratings from other customers and the feedback mentioning no upselling practices. As it is an international chain and the car options matched my preference, it seemed like a good choice.
Since I have rented cars in many countries before, including in Azerbaijan and Georgia in May, I naturally make comparisons.
Overall, it was pretty good. There was upselling, but it wasn’t pushy. Both car pickup and return were very convenient. Extending the rental by one day was no issue at all.

At the airport counter, they recommended an upgrade, saying the car was newer and fuel costs would be lower. We saw the price difference wasn't significant, so we went for it. The car was in great condition, driving experience was smooth, and it was comfortable to ride in. The staff at the counter explained the key points to note, but picking up the car from the parking lot felt a bit rushed.

Overall everything was great and super efficient.

This is probably the most popular company for walk-in rentals, and the guy who did the car inspection when I picked up was really funny.

Pickup and return were super quick, just a few minutes each.

Pickup and drop-off were smooth. They promoted insurance but didn’t pressure me to buy it. The car provided had some scratches but was in excellent condition. However, the deposit hasn’t been refunded even after 9 days!

Highly efficient.

The rental staff were really friendly and super patient the whole time.

Overall, we were really satisfied.
