Extremely satisfied!! My first car rental experience. Enterprise provided excellent service. I rented a Skoda but ended up receiving a BMW at the counter (not sure why it was upgraded, my fragmented English failed me). Anyway, I realized I got a BMW during pick-up, and the staff at the rental office kindly spent time teaching me how to operate it. The car was in great condition, clean and odor-free. I purchased full coverage insurance from the rental office. Returning the car was very convenient; I wasn't sure if they required the car to be washed before return, so I went to a Shell station near the airport to wash it and refill the tank. After returning home, I received a toll invoice, and the rental company promptly refunded the remaining deposit after deducting the toll fees. The entire process was smooth and satisfactory!

The service was excellent, highly efficient, and the deposit refund was very quick. They upgraded me to a BMW 1 Series for free since the Corolla was unavailable, and the car was in great condition, almost like new. The entire rental experience was very pleasant!

The pickup location is right across the parking lot from the airport. Pickup was very quick, without any extra insurance sales, and the car was in good condition. Reserved a Fiat Cross, but got a Fiat Tipo instead. The trunk could fit two 26-inch and one 28-inch suitcases.
