The staff at the store don't speak English, which made communication quite difficult. The pick-up and drop-off process took a long time and was inefficient, but the car was in good condition, and there was no upselling.
The car have a problem in the fuel indicator forced me to fill the tank while I take the car with half tank.
The staff knows that the car have this problem but they did not informed me about it when I received the car.
I asked the guy in your office to pay me half the cost of the fuel but he refused while it is your problem and not my problem.

Like: The car was literally brand new having 13 Kilometers. Car was not clean due to rain while being stored but one of the staff gladly washed it for me. Dislike: Not a big issue but Garinta’s car pickup and delivery is off site, a very nice shuttle van takes you once you finish the paperwork to pick up your car. You need to tag the location on Google so that you find it easily upon returning the car.
It was a great experience. We originally booked a compact SUV, but the trunk was too small for our luggage. The staff at the store suggested we switch to a sedan, and we only needed to pay the price difference. They were very helpful.
The stuff very helpful and nice, good cars but the pickup outside the terminal maybe 2 min and they start to clean my car after i have arrived and let me wait 15 to 20 min , but definitely gonna choose them again.

Garenta cars are at some parking lot maybe 2 min away outside of the terminal which is not what EasyRentCars said “pickup-dropoff in terminal”
