The queue on the day of pickup was quite long as the counter was responsible for several rental companies, and their efficiency was indeed a bit slow. Be prepared mentally and stay patient!

The car's condition was average, and the steering wheel had a bit of play, but it didn't affect driving. I didn't upgrade the insurance when picking up the car, and it didn't matter at all. The deposit was refunded just a few hours after returning the car, which was very efficient. The driving speed in Oman is relatively fast, with highways typically at 140 km/h and urban expressways reaching up to 120 km/h.
