Pick-up was really easy and there weren’t many people around.

The car was in great condition and the staff were really friendly. The only downside is the paperwork took a bit too long, but overall it was a good experience.

Once we landed and called, the shuttle showed up pretty quickly. The pickup lot is off-airport and there weren’t many car options to choose from, but overall the experience was pretty good.

Really friendly staff and super easy to find. Pick-up paperwork took maybe three minutes from start to finish and I was on my way—no pushy upselling at all.

Picked the car up in downtown Melbourne and dropped it off at the airport. They only charged an extra 100 AUD for that, which was totally worth it and super convenient.

There were a few issues at first, but they were sorted out in the end.

No hard sell on extra insurance and pickup was really quick.

Took a bit of time to fill in all the forms and sort everything out, but the staff were really patient. They tried to sell me local insurance, but I decided to skip it.

I rent from this branch twice a year and I’m just really used to using Hertz now.

They charged me for 6 liters of fuel even though I picked up and returned the car with a full tank.

No upselling, no hidden charges, just wish they’d mentioned that the car I wanted wasn’t actually available.

Landed around 10 a.m. and found a sign at the counter saying to wait 30 minutes. After quite a while, a staff member finally showed up with a coffee, and by then there were already 4–5 groups in line. Once they actually started working though, the paperwork went through pretty quickly.

We arrived pretty late, but they processed everything really fast and even decided the deposit just by sizing me up.

No lines at all and the car was basically brand new, condition was absolutely perfect.
