No hidden fees, no sneaky upsells at all.

They gave us a Honda CR-V and the space was huge, we were really happy with it.

The car was in great condition, fully loaded with features, and really easy to drive.

There were a few issues at first, but they were sorted out in the end.

The guy at the front desk was great and super efficient. They even did the translation for free with my QEEQ booking, so I could pick up the car just with my passport.

Really happy with this rental. They even upgraded my car at pickup, so it was basically a brand-new Audi. Tom was super friendly and really responsible. I returned the car about 10 minutes later than planned and the branch had already closed, but Tom still helped me out, took the car back, and finished all the paperwork the next day without me having to go back in. Huge shout-out to Tom, really appreciate what he did!
