Overall the service was great. The Black guy at the counter was really friendly and talked me into getting full coverage. Since I only drove in the city and parked in a garage at night, it felt a bit unnecessary and I ended up paying an extra 200 bucks. When we returned the car, one of the older staff noticed we’d left our bag at their office and personally drove us back to pick it up, then took us to the airport again. Their attitude was amazingly good.

I went ahead and got the full coverage, so they didn’t nag me about anything else. Overall, pretty good!

Overall it went pretty smoothly, but you really need to pay close attention to the pickup time. If you’re going to be late, especially by a lot, it’s best to call ahead and let them know. Otherwise, if you pick up the car the next day, they’ll charge you based on a new daily rate, which can end up being quite a bit higher.

Everything went really smoothly. It’s right across from the airport with barely any line, and the car pickup is just in the parking lot next to the office. The paperwork was quick and easy, the staff explained everything clearly, and the instructions on the platform for returning the car were very straightforward.

The rental company quietly slipped in a towing insurance charge during the process, but QEEQ later handled it really well with a solid solution. Big thumbs up to the platform.

Smooth, quick and really efficient.

They told us we needed to refuel within 15 km, so I stopped at a gas station in the city first, but they didn’t have the right fuel. Time was running out so I decided to just return the car and explain. The staff said they could handle the refueling for us. I’d been a bit nervous about it, but their service turned out to be incredibly thoughtful. Thanks to QEEQ for the great experience—will definitely rent again for future trips!

This is a pretty new rental company and their prices are really low, which is putting a lot of pressure on the big established brands.
