Straightforward and simple. I mentioned to the lady at the counter that we were five adults and one child, and asked her to make sure it was a seven-seater car. She asked about our luggage, and I said two large bags, one small bag, and a stroller. She hesitated for a moment and then said she'd upgrade us to a Land Cruiser for free.

The car key battery was low, and after visiting a tourist spot, the car wouldn't start. I had to call for assistance. Fortunately, it started again during the call, but I was afraid to turn it off halfway through. The next day, I bought a button battery for $15 and fixed it myself.
