AUSTRALIA CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Absolutely delighted with the whole experience.

Awesome place and super easy to find.

Super efficient service – got the car quickly after landing and they even upgraded my vehicle.

Very satisfied with the overall service.

Right outside the airport, the counter was super easy to find and the staff were really friendly. No hard sell or random add‑ons, just helped me get the car and that was it.

Picked up the car in no time, super efficient service.

Great service attitude and everything was handled really quickly.

Service was absolutely perfect, I’m super happy with it—everything was incredibly convenient.

Had a minor incident along the way, but they handled everything properly in the end.

Once you exit the terminal, just head right towards the bus area and look for the No Birds shuttle or give them a call. Pick‑up and drop‑off are super easy and fast. I think the $15 insurance option is perfectly fine. Car was in great condition and there was no hard selling.

The rental process was a bit bumpy, but in the end everything got sorted out. QEEQ really tried its best to stand up for customers and protect our interests.

The staff were super friendly and even offered me a free upgrade to a bigger car. I turned it down because I didn’t really need it, but the deal was honestly amazing.

Got a fairly new car this time, everything ran smoothly and they didn’t try to upsell any extra services. Overall, it was a pleasant rental experience.

They didn’t push any extra insurance at all, the staff at the counter were super friendly and really reassuring. The car was very new and in great condition, and once everything checked out, they released the deposit really quickly.

Super satisfied – the staff on site were incredibly nice and helpful.

Super satisfied overall – the service was spot on and they answered every question I had.

Everything went smoothly.

Got the full coverage from the rental and it really paid off—small dings and scrapes were basically all taken care of, hardly had to deal with anything myself.

Really good overall.

They sorted everything out really smoothly. Our English isn’t great and sometimes it’s hard to understand the staff, but Doubao handled it all for us.
