Domestic Terminal 1.Grab your bags from the carousel. 2.Give us a buzz on (07) 3062 7439 to let us know you're ready. 3.Head out of the terminal and cross the Skywalk bridge. 4.Take the second escalators on the right down to ground level (B1/B2). 5.Wait in the Bus Zone and keep an eye out for the Alpha shuttle. International Terminal 1.Grab your bags and head through customs. 2.Give us a buzz on (07) 3062 7439 so we know to come get you. 3.Turn left into the Arrivals Hall. 4.Follow the Coach Departure signs and head outside. 5.Walk down the ramp and make your way to the furthest bays on the left. 6.Hang tight there—the Alpha shuttle will pull up soon.

Customer should return cars to our branch. Then if they would like to back to the airport, they can take our free shuttle bus from our branch.

When returning the car, I couldn't find a gas station, but the staff kindly reminded me that I could fill up the tank myself before returning the car and even told me the location of nearby gas stations. Very considerate! The only inconvenience was that Alpha is not located in the airport terminal and requires a shuttle ride, but everything else was great.

    Picking up the car was not very smooth, but everything else was fine. The car model was a bit old. My language skills are not great, but I was able to communicate with the staff. The first car they provided had a fault, and after some discussion, they replaced it. However, the replacement process took quite a long time. Although we scheduled to pick up the car at 11 AM, we didn't get it until almost 1 PM.
