Please contact the staff to pick you up to Apex - Brisbane Airport car rental when you arrived.

Our Brisbane Airport branch is located at 400 Nudgee Rd, Hendra. Please phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +617 2142 3429) if you require further assistance. International terminal： After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or or +61 7 2142 3429) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the Arrivals Hall, turn left and walk past Coffee Club. Continue towards the exit doors straight ahead, in the far corner of the terminal. After exiting the terminal, continue down the ramp to your left and follow the pathway to the end of the covered walkway. Cross the pedestrian crossing and wait at Shuttle Bay 3 for the Apex shuttle Domestic Terminal： Jetstar & Virgin Australia After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 7 2142 3429) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the Baggage Claim area, exit the terminal via the main doors. Walk towards the Skywalk and go up the travellator. Turn left at the top of the travellator and walk across the Skywalk to the second travellator on the right. Take the travellator down to the ground level and turn right. Wait in the Bus and Coach area B2 until the Apex Shuttle arrives. Qantas After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 7 2142 3429) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the Baggage Claim area, exit the terminal via the main doors. Walk towards the Skywalk and go up the travellator. Wait in the Bus and Coach area B2 until the Apex Shuttle arrives.

Vehicle needs to be returned to our depot at 400 Nudgee Rd, Hendra, Brisbane. We will shuttle you to the terminal from our depot.

Like: Excellent price, good location, friendly staff, efficient check in process including shared photos of cars condition at checkout, very quick no hassle return. The Outlander SUV was well used with many minor blemishes but was clean and in excellent mechanical condition delivering good fuel economy, averaging about 7.5l/100km over the approximate 3500 km trip.
Dislike: Front floor mats would help us keep the vehicle clean and free from sand.

Staff were really good and fun to talk to. Vehicle was similar to the one rented, Toyota Corolla saloon instead of Hyundai Elantra but took all our luggage no problem. Whilst in Australia we had an issue with the fuel gauge not working properly (did it's own thing basically) but Apex records it when I contacted them so there were no issues upon return. Overall I will definitely rent from them again.

Apex Car Remtal actually took ( nit blocked) $2750 bond out of credit card “as I lived within 200 km of the Apex office” - this was certainly not made clear in the booking info. This was to be returned after returning the car. I returned the car the same afternoon. After 3 days the $2750 is still not back in my account. I enquired. They said the refund can take 3-5 working days! They also did not tell me that! Terrible experience. Will never recommend this company .

Pick up should have more details about after hours as we needed to be picked up and taken 85 km because there was no contact A/H number.We made our own arrangements with rental company and had to be driven another 45 km to rental depot near Coolangatta.Rental company told us we needed to drop off car day before due as it needed to be back by 4.30pm. Our flight left before they opened, but QUEEQ clearly states " for out of hours droppoff , leave in any Budget or Avis rental space at Gold Coast Airport. Car Rental people would not agree to this, so again we needed a lift to Gold Coast Airport at 5am to fly out. Terrible terrible costly experience You need to sort out your after hours service ,in this day and age I would describe your service as Draconian . Remember "The world is awake 24/7 not 12/5.
