Brisbane car hire

I refueled the car before returning it but wasn't informed to keep the receipt. When returning, the fuel gauge wasn't full, and the staff asked for the receipt, which I didn't have. However, they said it was fine since it was just a small difference. Overall, it was quite a smooth rental experience. Though I booked a Corolla, they gave me an MG, which was too big and affected my driving experience. On the bright side, there were no hidden fees.

When I got to Alan, he was excellent in completing his role swiftly and I was further fortunate when I dropped off the car and Alan further organised the drop off, and shuttle to the airport.

The woman that checked us in was very thorough and helpful. She really helped make the process smooth, and made me feel good about renting from them and also being a foreigner driving in Australia. The vehicle was perfect and it was a pleasure to drive.
