BRISBANE AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Great experience, everything was handled really quickly.

Absolutely delighted with the whole experience.

Didn’t get the exact car I booked, but overall the service was really good.

Super satisfied! The car was spotless when I picked it up, and the whole process was really easy—right near the arrivals area at the airport.

Got exactly the car I booked and it was pretty new.

They gave us a hatchback Corolla this time, but the mileage was a bit on the high side.

Really happy with it, the car was practically brand new.

Very satisfied with the overall service.

They did try to upsell some extra insurance, which was a bit pushy.

Pretty good overall.

Super fast pickup and the car was practically brand new.

Pretty satisfied overall

The car was less than a year old, spotless when I picked it up, and it drove really smoothly.

The latest model X5 with barely 10,000 km on it – practically brand new.

Landed around 10 a.m. and found a sign at the counter saying to wait 30 minutes. After quite a while, a staff member finally showed up with a coffee, and by then there were already 4–5 groups in line. Once they actually started working though, the paperwork went through pretty quickly.

Great car, great service, absolutely fantastic.

Super happy with the whole experience.

Absolutely excellent.

Super friendly staff and the car was in great condition.
