When I went to pick up the car, it wasn't ready yet. The staff told me to wait for an hour, and as an apology, they said I could return the car with an empty fuel tank. However, when I returned it, they still charged me 152 AUD. The Ford I got was easy to drive, with navigation and driver assistance features making long trips more comfortable.
