Really good rental experience overall. The car was very new and fuel-efficient, with just over 5,000 km on it. Just make sure you pay close attention to the parking signs when returning it, otherwise it’s easy to end up in the wrong place.

Super straightforward experience. The car only had about 10,000 km on it so it felt basically brand new, the driver-assist handled a lot of the driving, and it was a hybrid too.

They gave us a free upgrade and the return process was super smooth.

Jiaya’s cars come with driver-assist features, so driving is a lot easier and less tiring.

Rented a Subaru Outback and it was great for luggage — fit two 26" suitcases, one 24" suitcase and two backpacks with no problem. Fuel economy was solid too, under 7L/100km. After I returned the car, the rental company sent me a bill saying the tank was 8/8 at pickup but only 7/8 at drop-off and charged me $15. I emailed them with a photo of the dashboard at return, and they ended up refunding the $15.

Extremely satisfied! The pickup and return location is super close to the airport terminal, just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly efficient—an unforgettable trip!

When I went to pick up the car I’d booked, the right rear tire was low on pressure, so Dollar immediately upgraded me to a better model. Definitely a five-star experience!!!

Got a free upgrade to a minivan/SUV, the car was spotless and both the exterior and interior felt almost brand new. There were quite a few people picking up at the same time so we had to wait a bit, but the staff were very patient and walked us through everything. Returning the car was super easy too—no need to wash it, just fill up the tank and you’re done.

Acceptable overall.

There's a service desk at the airport, but it doesn't handle operations. You need to take a shuttle to another service garage to complete the process. Luckily, the procedures were quick.

Good value for money. However o ly 100km/day then 0.25cents/km. Which my mistake, i did not read prior to paying. I would have preferred unlimited mileage.

Excellent costumet service. App and qeeq agent has been very helpful in helping me contacting the local branch to hold my car due to delayed flight.

Really friendly staff and the trunk was huge. Auto hold didn’t work and I couldn’t get the Bluetooth to connect, but the deposit was refunded really fast.

It was okay overall, just pretty pricey for a last-minute booking. With the rental company’s full insurance, two days came to a bit over 3,000 RMB.
