DOLLAR CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN AUSTRALIA

Communication was really smooth and straightforward.

Really good experience – big, well-known company with lots of branches.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The whole process was super simple with almost no paperwork, and when I couldn’t find the car, they even drove it over for me.

Right outside the airport, the counter was super easy to find and the staff were really friendly. No hard sell or random add‑ons, just helped me get the car and that was it.

Had a minor incident along the way, but they handled everything properly in the end.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Super happy with the whole experience.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

They share the counter with HZ, not sure what the deal is, but it makes everything pretty convenient.

Mr. Walter, who helped us, was incredibly patient and professional when handling our pickup. He answered all our questions during the rental and was always very helpful. Huge thanks to him!

Because I wasn’t familiar with the roads, I ended up returning the car about 10 minutes late. There was a lady there who helped me a lot with the return, and I’m really grateful to her—she was like an angel to me.

Service was pretty good. The rental office is right inside the airport, so picking up and returning the car is really convenient, and there were no hidden charges.

Great car, great service, absolutely fantastic.

Their attitude was fantastic and they explained everything really patiently.

They told us we needed to refuel within 15 km, so I stopped at a gas station in the city first, but they didn’t have the right fuel. Time was running out so I decided to just return the car and explain. The staff said they could handle the refueling for us. I’d been a bit nervous about it, but their service turned out to be incredibly thoughtful. Thanks to QEEQ for the great experience—will definitely rent again for future trips!

Checked in at the counter then picked up the car myself—super convenient, really fast, no fuss at all.

Service was excellent, returning the car was super easy, and the deposit was refunded instantly.

Everything went smoothly and followed the proper process.

Really good overall.

Super friendly staff and the car was in great condition.
