Excellent service and quick turnaround

Everything with the rental went smoothly from start to finish.

When I picked up the veh, there was additional to be paid. QEEQ quoted approx $160 for the hire, but Avis wouldn't accept that and wanted over $200 for the hire, which I had to pay before I could take the car. When I queried this with QEEQ, I was told to pay and they would investigate later. If I had been using cash I would not have been able to pay the difference and would have been stranded at the airport.

Super easy to communicate in both Chinese and English, the staff were really friendly and answered every question I had.

The rental company was really responsible and reliable.

Pick-up and return were fine, all handled by the same company, but once I had an accident their customer service just kept passing me around. It took them 2–3 hours to actually sort things out.

Great experience overall—they walked me through all the little details and even explained the fuel options and pump numbers very clearly.

Pick-up at Brisbane Airport took quite a while – there were only two counters, shared with another rental company, so we waited around 30 minutes in line. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the wait more acceptable.

Pickup was super smooth and the car was almost brand new—drove perfectly! The whole trip was a joy and I’d definitely book with them again.

So far I’m really happy with it. They gave me a pretty new car with a huge trunk and CarPlay. I guess paying a bit more was worth it. The credit card charge took a while to go through, but as long as there aren’t any weird extra fees, this was a great experience overall.

Really nice experience overall – pickup and drop-off were both quick and easy, the car was in great condition, and self-driving is definitely the way to go in Western Australia. Tip: once you leave Perth and head north, most paid attractions charge by the car, not by the number of people.

Got there around 11am and I was the only customer, so no waiting at all. They upgraded me to a higher-class car, no hard selling, and the staff were really friendly.

Booking the car was super easy and the whole experience was really pleasant.
