NO BIRDS CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN AUSTRALIA

Awesome place and super easy to find.

The guy at the counter was super friendly, the full coverage basically included everything and was great value for money. The car was in excellent condition and really clean.

Very satisfied with the overall service.

The service attitude was excellent, and the procedures were handled very quickly.

Called the rental company right after landing and they came to pick us up really quickly. The office is very close to the airport. The car was in great condition, less than 20,000 km on it, and it was clean and tidy.

Satisfactory

Got the full coverage right at the counter, no inspection needed, just took the car and left. Everything was super easy even though I don’t speak English. Returning the car was smooth too. The car was in good condition – I booked an Outlander but they gave me a Nissan SUV instead.

Reliable and professional

Very good

Excellent

Once you exit the terminal, just head right towards the bus area and look for the No Birds shuttle or give them a call. Pick‑up and drop‑off are super easy and fast. I think the $15 insurance option is perfectly fine. Car was in great condition and there was no hard selling.

This will be my go-to company in Australia from now on! Affordable prices, transparent fees, confirmed car models, and no need for overpriced insurance schemes.

Overall very satisfied, but the waiting time for the shuttle bus was a bit long.

The cars are relatively new, with mileage around 20,000 km. All models are white (no choice available). When picking up the car, I noticed many locals renting as well, and I've seen the cars frequently on city streets (their markings make them easy to identify). The price is quite affordable, but there are some restrictions: Key point 1: Driving is allowed only within NSW and not across states. Key point 2: There’s a mileage limit of 200 kilometers per day. They’ll check the mileage upon return and charge for any excess. A minor issue occurred—the front tire pressure was low on the second morning, but it was resolved at the car shop within 10 minutes.

The staff were really responsible and on top of everything.

Overall, quite good. They didn't push insurance this time.

The car was in good condition, and the customer service was very convenient and friendly.

Great service and friendly staff, both pickup and return went smoothly.
