Staff were friendly and helpful, but the instructions on how to use the car were very brief and not very detailed. The line was a bit long too—we waited about 30 minutes—but overall the experience was still okay.

Old and reputable rental company with decent service. The Indian guy at the counter briefly mentioned their insurance package, I just said no and that was it, no hard sell. When returning the car they didn’t nitpick the condition, and the shuttle to the airport was quick and straightforward.
