You can arrive of East Coast Car Rentals - Adelaide Airport Car Hire car rental by free shuttle bus.

Upon arrival at the airport, please collect your luggage and either visit https://pickmeup.eccr.com.au/ or call 1 800 474 258 or (+61) 07 5555 8908 to arrange your free shuttle pick-up. The shuttle service operates until 15 minutes before the regular office closing time. If you miss the last shuttle, please arrange your own transportation to the rental location. Shuttle meeting point direction: 1. Exit from baggage claim #3 following signs to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. 2. Pass the Subway kiosk and continue to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. 3. Follow the walking direction to the bus station.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle to the rental office, then take the free shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle service operates until 15 minutes before the regular office closing time, so please allow sufficient time for your vehicle return.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

Original South Korea Driving License (English version)

An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.

The translation of the driver's license certified by the Australian Translation and Accreditation Institute (NAATI) can be used to rent a car and drive in Australia.

If you're holding local driver's license, and this is your first time renting with Eastcoast and you reside within 150 km of pickup location, please provide a utility bill(dated within the last three months), like electricity, gas, water, rates, phone, or internet bills,as proof of address. Please ensure the address on the utility bill matches the one on your licence.

Rental cars can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads. Vehicles are not to be taken above the snow line. Not allow to drive between mainland Australia and Tasmania in either direction or into or out of the Northern Territory or Western Australia; Excluded from the protection is on the ferry or driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. Please note, any vehicle towing or recovery costs incurred while located on any of the islands and locations listed above will be at the Customer’s expense and we are unable to guarantee the provision of a replacement vehicle.

when we went there, car has flat tyre already, nobody pre checked before us. no apologies wasting our time but staff rudely talk. they managed another vehicle for us which was cheaper than what i paid and staff was asking more money than what was on easyrentcars.com , i showed them amount in print out paper. finally it took more than 40 mins to get the car. don’t recommend east coast specially poor staff service

Some of the staff were brilliant and very helpful. One particular staff member was unprofessional and inattentive and quite rude. We had a few issues with the car. A tire had popped and when we went to change it there were parts missing from the jack and the spare was flat. I wish I had paid better attention to staff members names as one of them was outstanding. His customer service was impeccable and you could see he loved his job. The other made me feel uncomfortable and seemed like he wanted to aggravate the situation

The car had a few electrical issues. It would show hazard lights when going over a bump. Sometimes it would start but not want to go anywhere. When driving in the middle of a lane it would try to pull the car over closer to the line. East Coast have been informed of this. The Haval is has uncomfortable driver seating. The headrest angles in too far and gives the driver a sore neck. Not sure we would rent one again.
