Pick-up Instructions

The Apex - Adelaide Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Apex - Adelaide Airport car rental when you arrived.

After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 8 6185 4907) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the Baggage Claim area, exit the airport terminal via the main doors. Walk towards the Terminal Car Park ahead and turn left at the road. Walk along the road until you see the poles with 'Bus' signs on it. Wait at the first pole with 'Bus' sign on it near the traffic lights. Our courtesy shuttle will collect you from here. The shuttle van has Apex Car Rental logos on it.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

The translation of the driver's license certified by the Australian Translation and Accreditation Institute (NAATI) can be used to rent a car and drive in Australia.
