Wasn't the car we had booked but that's ok. The guy at the desk tried to pressure us into taking out the extra insurance. It seems their staff are trained to push for this as the lady next to him repeated the exact same speech to another customer. I treated the car as my own. Garaged it every night. When we took it back there was a scratch on a wheel cover. They took all my bond pending a damage investigation. It's wear and tear! I have rented cars for 15 years and have never had any sort of problem. Until I met these guys.

Good reliable car. Very spacious for luggage. Excellent option for after hours drop off as they had an agreement with another provider. Phone customer service was extremely helpful. Around counter service was good.

Easy to use app. Would like discounts to be provided automatically if you are logged in.

One of the counter staff was not that friendly, and tried to scare us into upgrading the insurance. Other than that, the rest of the staff was really nice and helpful.

Great to have everything consolidated into one platform.
