Good, especially happy with the free airport shuttle service.

The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested that we switch our original booking of a Mitsubishi 7-seater SUV to a Toyota. Indeed, the road conditions from Brisbane to Gold Coast and around the Gold Coast are very good, so there's no need for an SUV. The Toyota was almost brand new and the baby seat was also new, and the rental price was 25% cheaper.

Great space in the car. Very friendly staff. Very efficient service. The whole experience could not have been better.
