ACE RENTAL CARS CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN AUSTRALIA

The return process only took a few minutes. Since we were rushing to catch a flight, they dropped us off at the airport.

Really great.

Easy to find and not crowded.

The staff were super friendly and incredibly patient. Both pick-up and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free. The car was very new with great features, basically everything you could need. The Camry really is a solid car.

Pretty good, the pickup and drop-off processes were simple. The car was delivered to the airport, and the deposit was refunded quickly.

Too few return locations, so it’s not very flexible.

My friend had an issue with his credit card and the rental company handled it really kindly— they even switched us into an 8-seater to sort everything out.

Super satisfied with everything.

Pretty good overall.

I booked a 2023 Toyota Camry (Standard/Mid-Size), but was actually given a Kia K4 (Compact). Initially, the staff said there were no Camrys available and tried to offer an old Subaru small SUV, which couldn't fit two suitcases. Only then did they switch to the Kia K4. The vehicle provided did not meet the expected model.

Very convenient.

Pickup and drop-off were right on time.

The rental process was a bit bumpy, but in the end everything got sorted out. QEEQ really tried its best to stand up for customers and protect our interests.

The staff were super friendly and even offered me a free upgrade to a bigger car. I turned it down because I didn’t really need it, but the deal was honestly amazing.

Got a practically brand-new car with only 8 km on it for an amazingly low price.

Very good

Overall it was fine, but the explanations felt a bit too brief, and the insurance cost changed again when we returned the car after already paying.

Loved the car model and its overall condition.

Great service and really quick pickup.

Super straightforward process and really quick paperwork.
