The staff was friendly and efficient. The car inspection was fairly casual, taking about a minute to check for major issues before immediately refunding the deposit. Very high efficiency. The car provided was a hybrid Corolla, which is incredibly fuel-efficient and has great luggage capacity.

Pretty good. I returned the car a bit late, and the ACE office was closed. I had to park the car in the garage and have a friend return the keys the next day. So far, no extra charges.

The company is not large and the store is near the airport, but the prices are cheap and the shuttle service is convenient.

Pick up from airport was ok. The staff could look a bit more enthusiastic and professional. I don’t mind the premises as I prefer to have a good price on the rental. The car had more damage than was originally listed and the upholstery was so incredibly stained.

The rental process was very smooth.
