Super satisfied with the whole experience, I’d definitely choose this company again next time.

Old and reputable rental company with decent service. The Indian guy at the counter briefly mentioned their insurance package, I just said no and that was it, no hard sell. When returning the car they didn’t nitpick the condition, and the shuttle to the airport was quick and straightforward.

Staff were pretty nice both at pickup and drop-off. But the Forester they gave me was a really old model with no wireless CarPlay, so I had to use my phone for navigation the whole trip and mount it above the dashboard. It was tiring to look at and it kept almost falling off.

Jiaya’s cars come with driver-assist features, so driving is a lot easier and less tiring.

Super satisfied, the service was excellent.

Overall it was a pretty good experience, except the wrong pickup location they gave us made us waste a few hours getting the car.

My friend had an issue with his credit card and the rental company handled it really kindly— they even switched us into an 8-seater to sort everything out.

The car was great—basically brand new with just over 1,000 km on it, so I was really happy with that. The only downside was the store location: it’s hidden inside a parking garage and really hard to find, with no signs or directions at all.

Right by the roadside, super easy to find, really efficient and the whole process was very quick.

So far I’m really happy with it. They gave me a pretty new car with a huge trunk and CarPlay. I guess paying a bit more was worth it. The credit card charge took a while to go through, but as long as there aren’t any weird extra fees, this was a great experience overall.

I’d already bought insurance back home, but when I got there they pushed me to add more. I don’t really speak the language, and they made it sound like I couldn’t pick up the car without it, so I just went ahead and paid for the extra coverage.

Really friendly staff and the trunk was huge. Auto hold didn’t work and I couldn’t get the Bluetooth to connect, but the deposit was refunded really fast.

It was okay overall, just pretty pricey for a last-minute booking. With the rental company’s full insurance, two days came to a bit over 3,000 RMB.
