[Terminal 1 - Qantas Arrivals Domestic Passenger] 1. Upon Arrival, exit through the one-way corridor exit doors. 2. After baggage pick up, call +61 0466581545 to arrange pickup. Then veer right, passing WHS Smith. On the right hand of WHS Smith, exit through the glass sliding doors and turn right. 3. Follow the sign “Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses”. Continue straight towards the crosswalk. Cross one lane at the cross walk and turn right towards “Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses”. 4. Continue around the bend and reach “”Hotel & off airport buses” (Brown sign). Please have your mobile turned on and keep an eye out for our shuttle bus. [Terminal 2 - International Passenger] 1. After clearing customs, call +61 0466581545 to arrange pick up and then veer right. Past the information booth and towards the exit doors next to Vodafone. Exit through the doors. 2. Once outside, turn right and continue straight towards the Crosswalk. Cross the lane only, towards “Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses”. Continue Straight for approximately 50 meters. 3. There is a “Hotel & off airport buses” (brown sign). Please have your mobile turned on and keep an eye out for our shuttle bus. [Terminal 3 - Virgin & Rex Airlines Domestic Passenger] 1. Exit through glass doors and veer left. 2. After baggage pick up, call +61 0466581545 to arrange pickup, veering left, continue walking past bins. Exit through glass sliding doors. Once outside, please cross one lane of the crosswalk and veer to left continue straight for approximately 50 meters. 3. Continue go straight and wait under the brown sign “Hotel & off airport buses’. Please have your mobile turned on and keep an eye out for our shuttle bus. [Terminal 4 - Jetstar & Tiger Airlines Domestic Passenger] 1. Exit through the doors and veer right. 2. After baggage pick up, call +61 0466581545 to arrange pickup. Continue toward Escalator, veering left. Take escalator down to ground floor. 3. At the bottom of the escalator, pass the bollards then turn right. Exit through glass doors and turn left. Follow the up ramp for approximately 50 meters. 4. Follow signs to “Hotel and Off Airport Parking Buses”. Continue walking straight passing SkyBus and T3. Continue walking around the bend towards the crossway. 5. The staff, two ladies, were very patient. Initially, we rented two cars, but one of them required a 40-minute wait. They called us right after we landed to explain the situation and offered us a 12-seater Toyota instead. We were a group of eight people. I hold a C1 driver's license, and I later learned that in Australia, vehicles with up to 12 seats can be driven with this license. This allowed us to use just one car. The car had a right-hand drive and was relatively large. There was a small piece of the tire chipped off, but the staff assured us it was not an issue when we returned the car. We had full insurance. The overall experience was excellent. We will definitely choose this company next time. Highly recommended!

The service is quite good, but finding the shuttle bus after leaving the airport is a bit confusing. The stop is outside Terminal 2. Of course, this is not the rental company's fault, it's mainly due to the airport. The car is very new, less than a year old, and even has cruise control assist, which is great.

When we picked up our luggage, we called the rental company, and a staff member drove a shuttle bus to pick us up. The pick-up point was easy to find following the instructions. The rental company is located a bit farther from the airport, but the car rental procedures were very quick, and they even upgraded us to a nearly new Mitsubishi Outlander! It was truly surprising. This car accompanied us on our three-day Great Ocean Road trip. When returning the car, the process was equally quick, and they also dropped us off at the airport. The overall experience was excellent, and we really appreciate the service provided by EverythingFleet.

They provided a relatively new Subaru Crosstrek. The vehicle was well-equipped, featuring CarPlay connectivity and LCC lane keeping, making the drive very effortless. It had decent power for a small SUV and looked stylish. However, the pickup location was no longer at the A1 parking lot southeast of the airport; it has moved to a farther place near Kmart Airport West. The store’s shuttle bus takes about 20 minutes, one way, to pick you up from the airport.

Right out of the airport they picked us up, super convenient. The branch is a bit away from the terminal, which actually makes returning the car easier—you don’t end up on the wrong road. Right next door there’s a mall with three big supermarkets. We’d emailed them about insurance beforehand, and their full coverage wasn’t expensive at all. We chose it for peace of mind, and there was zero hard selling when we picked up the car. Drop‑off was really quick too, and the deposit was refunded the same day. We even went back on the third day and extended for one more day—process was very simple, and they kept the same average daily rate from our first three days, no price hike. All in all, great value for money, highly recommended.
