Head to the shuttle pick-up area Cross one lane toward the hotels. The off-airport parking shuttle area will be on your right. 4. Wait opposite Terminal 2 (T2) Walk down and wait directly opposite Terminal 2 for a white shuttle bus with green “Easy Airport Parking” signage. 5. Delayed flight? If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide after-hours pick-up instructions if needed. 6. Child restraints on the shuttle Please note that baby seats are not available on the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are not allowed to travel on the shuttle. If this affects your booking, please contact the branch to arrange an alternative driver collection.

    After arriving at the shuttle pick-up point, I tried contacting the store with my domestic phone, but for some reason the IVR system didn't work, making it impossible to reach the store. However, the store staff provided good service; both picking up and returning the car were smooth. I even took the company shuttle to the airport, which was heartwarming. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my first QEEQ overseas car rental experience.

    The store service was excellent, but I can't comment on the follow-up since I'm currently in the process of an accident claim. The car's license plate was stolen in Wollongong, and the door was reportedly damaged. I exchanged the car in Sydney with the help of QEEQ customer service, who also assisted with reporting the incident to the police.
