    After arriving at the shuttle pick-up point, I tried contacting the store with my domestic phone, but for some reason the IVR system didn't work, making it impossible to reach the store. However, the store staff provided good service; both picking up and returning the car were smooth. I even took the company shuttle to the airport, which was heartwarming. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my first QEEQ overseas car rental experience.

    The store service was excellent, but I can't comment on the follow-up since I'm currently in the process of an accident claim. The car's license plate was stolen in Wollongong, and the door was reportedly damaged. I exchanged the car in Sydney with the help of QEEQ customer service, who also assisted with reporting the incident to the police. I want to specifically thank QEEQ's customer service for their prompt assistance. High praise for QEEQ!
