Absolutely fantastic

Booked a Citroen C3 but got a Peugeot 208 instead. Since it’s the same category and the car was very new (registered in 2026), it drove really well and everything was great over the 4 days we used it. Pick-up at London City Airport was fast, but the rental staff didn’t come with me to inspect the car—they just handed me the keys and told me which bay it was in, so you really have to take your own photos and videos for your records. We returned the car at Manchester Airport, where a staff member checked the car with us on the spot and completed all the paperwork right away—very quick and efficient.

The pickup went pretty smoothly overall. Nobody tried to hard-sell me anything, and even though the staff weren’t exactly warm or chatty, everything got done without issues, which I’m pretty happy about. I did forget to bring the physical translation of my license when I picked up the car. They wouldn’t accept a photo or an online version; they insisted on seeing the actual document. Luckily I had my Brazilian driver’s license with me, and they accepted that.

I booked a Peugeot Citroën 5008 for Monday, and since they happened to have one available, they even upgraded me to a 9-seater for free.

Pretty efficient overall.

No upselling and I got exactly the car I booked.

They only charged a small deposit and refunded it really quickly after I returned the car—got it back within a few days. The staff checked the car and confirmed everything was fine in no time.

The young lady at the counter was super patient showing us exactly how to charge the electric car.

They did recommend some insurance options, but it was done in a fair and reasonable way.

I had to wait about two hours after booking before I could pick up the car. The original car I booked wasn’t available anymore, but they upgraded me to a better one, which was nice.

Great price, and they even gave us a complimentary small upgrade.

Bought the insurance locally and it was a bit pricey.

Really great, the handover was super quick and smooth.

They kept pushing their own insurance, and when I didn’t buy it they seemed a bit unhappy about it.

Overall the communication went pretty smoothly, and even without an upgrade they didn’t make a fuss about anything.

No waiting in line at all – I walked in and got everything sorted right away.

The car was in really good shape!

They do try to upsell you a bit, so just keep an eye on that, but overall it was fine.
