No hard selling, good service attitude, and the car was in great condition.

The car pickup was smooth, the vehicle was new and equipped with CarPlay. It had a high chassis but a compact size, making it suitable for small roads in the UK. The price was reasonable. We purchased QEEQ insurance, but they still promoted the rental company's insurance. During signing, they pre-selected it without asking, and when we requested to remove it, they claimed to have done so but actually didn't. Upon returning the car, we noticed the insurance fee was deducted. After contacting the staff present that day, they admitted the mistake and canceled it.

The staff member who assisted us was very attentive.

Alamo had either not enough cars available. Needed to wait 60 minutes with other ten customers before we could pick up the car. First time in my life for such long wait. Other operators at the same location only need a five minutes wait. Alamo in Manchester airport was terrible.

Very efficient. Initially provided a Renault, but the rear wiper had a minor issue, so they quickly replaced it with a Ford.

Service reminders are still insufficient.

Fast pick-up and drop-off process.

Average. Received a £670 bill for a small scratch after returning the car and going back home.

The staff provided excellent service, the car model matched the reservation, there was no forced upselling, and their explanation about the insurance was very thorough and responsible. Highly recommend!

Didn't have a credit card so the cost increased considerably. No reason why a debit card could not be acceptable. Not surprised when you have a greedy bank involved.

I originally rented a Honda, but when I arrived, they said there were no cars available. They offered me a replacement at double the price and refused a refund.
