We originally selected a Ford Focus, but at the store, we were directly upgraded to an MG SUV. It could hold more luggage, had more space, and was enjoyable to drive. It took us to more places in the UK, and we thoroughly enjoyed this trip!

Overall service was satisfactory, but during pickup, the staff seemed to treat us differently. We had two families renting cars, and at first, they tried to push me to upgrade. When I refused, I ended up with a Series 1 car, which was very small and not the specified SUV model. However, my friend with the same reservation was upgraded to a Series 3 for free. The only apparent difference was that I was served by a South Asian staff member. Everything else was fine.
