The queue at Alamo in London Heathrow was a bit long, business must be really good.

The car pickup process is quite convenient.

The pickup process was simple, the car pickup speed was fast, and the vehicle was in great condition, mostly almost new cars. However, they replaced the XC60 I originally booked with an XC40 in the end.

Pretty good overall. Just a heads‑up: make sure you specifically request a petrol car, otherwise they’ll give you an EV. Electric cars are really inconvenient in the UK, especially if you’re heading up to the Highlands—charging can be a real pain. Luckily the staff realized we were going to the Highlands and quickly switched us to a petrol car. Big thumbs‑up for their service.
