The car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car was very new and clean, with just 13,000 miles. The staff knew I wasn't used to driving a Mercedes and introduced various functions to me. Very professional and efficient.

“Good car, bad service, never more.”

The car had damage in the tyres the rubber was damaged, fortunately i took a photo, because when i came back they try to charge me. Also I whent thro a road that i had to pay when it os pic hour, and i paid the same day. Anyway AVIS thought that i did not paid so the charged me. Again i have proof that i paid so i claimed the money back. Just 5 pounds but... why do i have to pay twice. In total 2 Big mistakes in my opinion.

The car rental company provided excellent service. Despite the language barrier, they patiently explained everything and used translation software to ensure clear communication. The vehicle matched the reservation and was in great condition.

The car pickup in Cambridge and drop-off in the Lake District were great experiences. The staff were very nice and the small car took us to many places that were hard to reach with public transportation. Very happy.
