It took two hours of waiting in line to pick up the car, as reservations and walk-in rentals were not separated into different queues. There were so many people that day, but they didn’t add more counters. The staff kept asking whether I wanted extra insurance, even after I explained twice that I had already purchased full coverage through Zuzuche. In comparison, during my other two rentals with Hertz and Budget, the staff proactively acknowledged that I had full coverage, making the process much smoother. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my car pickup experience with Dollar, although this has nothing to do with Zuzuche.

As expected from a major car rental company, everything was great. The service attitude was excellent, and the car had only been driven 13,000 miles, so it was pretty new. The acceleration was responsive, and the brakes were sharp—really a good car. However, there were quite a few small scratches. Remember to record those yourself. QEEQ has a dedicated feature for uploading photos, which I think is great for keeping evidence and avoiding future troubles.

Hertz is indeed reliable. A day before renting, I switched from Thrifty to this major company. The pickup process was quick, and although the car model differed, it was a smooth and pleasant drive. Quite impressive.

The car I reserved wasn't available when I arrived, and I had to wait for an hour and a half. In the end, they still didn't provide the reserved car, downgraded me, and refused to refund the price difference.
