Qeeqさんで予約した車のクラス以下の車を配車されてしまった。また借りる際、カウンターのスタッフさんからは車種のアップグレードを有料でオファーもあり、カウンターのスタッフさんの認識不足なのか、分かりませんが、代理店さんで予約した商品とは異なるグレードをレンタルしたことは残念でした。

さきほども書きましたが、車は決して古くなく良かったのですが、チェックランプが付いたので可もなくといった感じです。

安く車を借りれたことには満足です。 今回は不運にも車自体のトラブルがありましたが、運が悪かったと思ってます。 ただ車が故障したあとの対応が最悪でした。 QEEQさんか、Thriftyさんのどちらに伝えればいい判断が難しいところですが、約束した時間・場所に車を取りに来るなら、来て欲しかったし、それが無理になって翌朝空港まで送ります。朝の9時半に迎えに行きますと言うなら、時間厳守で迎えに来てくれないと、何時間も時間をロスすることになります。 今回はチェックランプがついても走れたので飛行機にも間に合いましたが、自走できなかった場合を考えると非常に不安です。
