They will lead to the CONRAC, Budget return lanes are on the 4th floor. WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for baggage claim.     Very good, everything went smoothly. I booked in advance, showed my license and left a deposit upon arrival. Although the car was different from the one I reserved, it was of the same class, and that's fine. There was minor paint damage during use, but informing them upon return was enough. No extra paperwork needed. Very convenient. There is also a shuttle bus to take you to the boarding area after returning the car.

    Overall, it was a good experience. After all, they are a big company. The car we got was clean, though it wasn't a Ford Focus but a Kia. There was a note in the car saying it had been cleaned. There was a small paint chip on the car door, which we photographed when picking up the car. So far there haven't been any charges or disputes.
