      Didn’t have our car we had booked available so we was given a mid size suv which was good but doesn’t quite feel like it was worth the same as a mustang would have which we paid for. Woman at the check in desk to pick up the car was actually quite rude and really uninformative. We showed up she didn’t apologise for not having the car we booked. Then when letting us know they didn’t have it just said go to this bay and your car will be there. No options or choices considering a mustang and mid size suv aren’t comparable at all. Oh and don’t bother ever ringing them if you need anything no matter what store you call nobody ever picks up the phone.

      The store staff handled the process with little enthusiasm and tried to charge for a vehicle upgrade by directly adding insurance and highway usage fees to the bill. Although we reviewed it carefully and canceled everything, it still left a bad impression. A deposit of $2000 was required, while at Avis in Los Angeles, it was only $200. During the rental period, accidentally using the highway was my fault, and the toll was only a few dollars, but there was an additional $9.9 service fee. Fine, but it couldn't be deducted from the deposit. Instead, they provided a website for me to pay (both the toll and the service fee) myself, though the 'service' part remains unclear. The payment process on the website didn’t work, so eventually, I had to contact the Zuzuche customer service for a new link to resolve the issue.

      When picking up the car, the actual vehicle provided was not the same as the one reserved. Additionally, upon arriving at the parking lot, there was no car in the designated spot. I returned to the counter only to find that Budget had already closed. After asking around, I learned that Budget shares operations with Avis, so I had to go to Avis and wait in line. Everyone ahead of me also had reservations but no cars, so they were sent to Avis as well. It seems better to choose a larger company for car rentals in the future.

      the car was dirty windows so bad I could not see and I stopped and got cleaner to clean them dash and armrest were stickey from coffee or coke. low tire and guage was on and they said don't worry about it just drive it. it was the dirtiest car I have ever rented took an hr to get it when I arrived there after waiting at airport for 56 minutes and was told they were only 8 minutes away and I had to call 3 times to get them there

      Had to wait for an hour to get a shuttle. Many regular shuttle buses came and went while I was waiting for the special one. I was taken to a very odd location, far from the regular rental agencies. I was told that their hours were 8-5. I was only in Houston for part of the day, and 100 miles. I had to drop the van at a diff. location. I was told that the 20$ fee would be waived. It wasn't. I called Ace. They never called me back. I e-mailed Easyrentcars.com, and the e-mails were not accepted.
