Car was exactly as ordered and perfectly clean inside and out. Counter staff extremely efficient and friendly. I am happy that they will rent to an 'older' driver with no apparent penalty!
Not really an issue for Avis, but there was quite a wait for the shuttle from the terminal and it was crowded but it was Friday afternoon - and the return to the terminal was fine.

Very satisfied. Picked up the car at the airport and chose Katy because it was convenient for returning the car. Made a last-minute change and customer service responded promptly, which felt great.
I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car and the rental company helped find them and mailed them back to me, which was great. The only downside was they couldn’t give me the Ford Explorer I booked and switched me to a Kia Sorento instead.
