Car was exactly as ordered and perfectly clean inside and out. Counter staff extremely efficient and friendly. I am happy that they will rent to an 'older' driver with no apparent penalty! Not really an issue for Avis, but there was quite a wait for the shuttle from the terminal and it was crowded but it was Friday afternoon - and the return to the terminal was fine.

No one was there when I returned the car, and they didn't refund my deposit for 4 days. They inexplicably charged me an extra 100 dollars, bringing the total bill to 180 dollars. I used full insurance for a few hours and drove about 75 miles. Never rent from Avis!
