Best staff, banged up Sedans

The systems were down. I arrived at about 8:45 am on a Friday morning and left about 10 am. Apparently it was the internet..they should have suggested alternative options sooner and informed us sooner as we waited online.

Yes, loved this car. I was skeptical at first, due to car being a diesel, but was pleasantly surprised by this car's roominess, great gas mileage, and everything worked very well...great deal!

Advantage customer care was awful. Vehicle broke down the following day. Spent an absolute age on the phone and the supervisor at Advantage was very rude. Apparently could not understand my ‘accent’. I could not understand her and it seemed to me her English was not very good. I spent 3hours in Universal’s car park waiting for assistance. I eventually got a replacement vehicle, but I have to say that neither the original or replacement vehicle were not very clean. Stained upholstery on both cars. These are the worst vehicles I have ever rented in the US in the 20 years I have been visiting. Avoid Advantage

Car was good .I asked about upgrades , not informed otherwise. Aubrey just did the upgrade but we were not informed of the kind of vehicle we could choose. Also not her fault , but I booked on-line which I always do using my credit card and informed when we got there we had to pay extra because my husband was going to drive. I have never had that happen before at any other rental car place.
