“Fox rental company has slow counter help”

They need more help,at the counter. No one should have to wait 60 minutes. The counter help was slow and we were paid in full. Not sure if I would use them again

“Long wait at the counter to get the car. Car needed new wiper blade.”

Long wait to get the car at the rental counter. System or employee taking too long. Employee not friendly. Car needed new wiper blades as it was hard to see in the rain in Seattle. And it rains almost daily there. Kinda of a safety hazard.
