They gave us a practically brand‑new Kia with only about 36,400 km on it, felt like a new car.

They slipped in an extra insurance charge with all these abbreviated codes, so I didn’t pay much attention and assumed it was refundable. Turns out it wasn’t, so it kind of feels like a hidden fee.

Service was excellent. The staff suggested a CA$50 prepay fuel option so I didn’t need to return the car with a full tank. Basically you pay 50 upfront and just try to use up as much gas as you can before returning it. I didn’t get it at first and the clerk explained it twice, but it turned out to be super convenient, especially since gas stations aren’t usually right next to the airport.

Amazing car rental experience from start to finish.

They actually gave us the new VW Atlas, with just over 3,000 km on it—basically brand new! Absolutely loved it, easily the best car of this whole self-drive trip. Funny thing is, this exact model wasn’t even listed as an option.

The car was in great condition and drove really smoothly. I’ll definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Toronto.

The staff at the front desk were amazing!

The car itself was in great shape and felt almost brand new, but the staff at pickup were moving in slow motion—it took over ten minutes just to get the keys.
