CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON CITY CAR TRUCK AT TORONTO PEARSON AIRPORT, YYZ

They gave us a practically brand‑new Kia with only about 36,400 km on it, felt like a new car.

Not bad, but the experience is not as good as Sixt.

Super satisfied – their service attitude was absolutely amazing.

The overall experience was fine, but it was not the car model we reserved. Although the car looked like a large sedan from the outside, the interior space was more like a mid-size sedan, which felt quite cramped. Overall, this car was very average.

Very professional company and the staff were super helpful.

Highly recommend this car rental company! This time I rented a Kia model, and the car quality was outstanding. It drove very smoothly and felt stable. The interior was comfortable, providing a pleasant experience as soon as you got inside. The exterior design is also bold and impressive—I found it even better than the Ford I rented before. Plus, the company’s efficiency is excellent; the entire process from booking to pickup went seamlessly. The staff were very enthusiastic and patiently explained all the details about using the vehicle. What satisfied me the most was the return process, which had no hidden charges and was exactly as promised. Very reliable—I'll choose this company again next time!

Pretty satisfied overall.

The Indian guy was super friendly and polite, even helped carry my suitcase.

Very satisfied

The car rental is operated by an Indian owner, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Excellent value for money. The car is very new, with only over 20,000 kilometers.

Very satisfied!

The car was in great condition and drove really smoothly. I’ll definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Toronto.

Super efficient service.

Pretty good, an Indian company.

Satisfied, but only if you choose full insurance when renting the car. If you don't purchase insurance, there might be some minor issues.

The staff, especially the Indian and Pakistani guys, were really professional and knew what they were doing.

Very patient in explaining things that customers don't understand, great attitude!

The car is located outside the airport, requiring a train ride followed by a shuttle bus to reach it. The process was quick, they provided a better model, and the return process was also very convenient.
