Overall okay, except the front desk tried to persuade us to buy a full tank option when a full-to-full option was clearly more convenient. Also, despite having purchased the super collision damage waiver, they still tried to sell us additional insurance, which I firmly refused. They even attempted to give us a Mazda CX-3, which was clearly a downgrade, but we rejected that as well. So everyone be cautious.

Very satisfied, highly efficient, straightforward sales inquiry. After being informed, the car pickup process was smooth. The vehicle provided was a brand-new GMC with 120 kilometers on the odometer. Absolutely great!

Hertz Car Rental is indeed professional.

Service was excellent. The staff suggested a CA$50 prepay fuel option so I didn’t need to return the car with a full tank. Basically you pay 50 upfront and just try to use up as much gas as you can before returning it. I didn’t get it at first and the clerk explained it twice, but it turned out to be super convenient, especially since gas stations aren’t usually right next to the airport.
