Auto war grundsätzlich ok, aber ohne die Erwartung zu übertreffen. Kein Navi. Ein kleiner Handzettel an der Fahrzeugausgabe mit Informationen zum Standort, zum Verlassen des Parkhauses und der Rückfahrinfo wäre hilfreich.

The waiting time for picking up the car was a bit long, but the return process was very convenient. Just follow the navigation. It didn't delay my next flight. The car was relatively new.

The car was not correct! I booked and paid for a foord explorer 7 seater or similar but only got a Jeep 6 seater. Not the same and I paid extra for 7 seater! I went back to ask the budget cars rep and he said it was a 7 seater. But it was not and they would not check it over and said there was no more cars. We had to then pay for uber trips for the 7th passenger! This is no acceptable when I booked well in advance a 7 seater for 7 passengers.

So far since raising the complaint they have been co-operative and willing to raise the claim against the supplier budget cars. Including compensation for the costs incurred for it being incorrect vehcile. But this is only over email communication, I am waiting to see how this claim materialises.

Véhicule sale intérieurement et pas de lave glace

Attente un peu longue pour la prise du véhicule. Attribution dans l'ordre d'arrivée. Mais nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement et nous avons pu avoir le véhicule bien plus tôt que l'heure prévue.

Facile de réserver sur la plateforme avec un choix de catégories de véhicules satisfaisant auprès de différents loueurs. Tarifs intéressant si on réserve très en avance.

No forced upselling, quick and smooth process, and they even gave us a bigger car.

Overall, pretty good. The car was in excellent condition, but I was a bit disappointed that this Hyundai model doesn't support CarPlay for navigation. It would be even better if the return location had a shuttle bus to the airport.
