au début nul pas très bien accueilli, attendu plus 1h pour avoir notre voiture. heureusement qu' après nous sommes tomber sur une jeune femme fort sympathique qui nous a trouver nitre voiture qui nous attendais depuis 1h. chercher l erreur.

Unbelievable or despicable that Budget and Hertz, which are probably different brands from the same company, hire only one employee each for pick-up desk. Especially at a time when a long haul flight (read with many passengers) lands.
Hard to understand why pick-up procedures take so long. Took more than 60 minutes overall. And I was lucky to be 4 or 5th in the line. They must have been over 20 when I finished...
The car was not correct! I booked and paid for a foord explorer 7 seater or similar but only got a Jeep 6 seater. Not the same and I paid extra for 7 seater! I went back to ask the budget cars rep and he said it was a 7 seater. But it was not and they would not check it over and said there was no more cars. We had to then pay for uber trips for the 7th passenger! This is no acceptable when I booked well in advance a 7 seater for 7 passengers.

So far since raising the complaint they have been co-operative and willing to raise the claim against the supplier budget cars. Including compensation for the costs incurred for it being incorrect vehcile. But this is only over email communication, I am waiting to see how this claim materialises.
I arrived late at the airport and there was only one staff serving a long queue of costumers but there were obviously some other staff available in the back office.
