Not bad

I have rented several times, Hertz is good, and QEEQ is great.

The waiting time for picking up the car was a bit long, but the return process was very convenient. Just follow the navigation. It didn't delay my next flight. The car was relatively new.

A great car rental store located in the city center. The staff at the counter were very friendly, and this time they upgraded my car to an Audi Q5. Both the rental and return procedures were handled quickly. I will choose this rental store again next time I visit Montreal.

The staff speaks English, but make sure to clarify any questions you have. Don’t be shy! I had some uncertainties, which caused me to spend extra effort figuring things out after returning the car. It’s best to ask about the fuel type beforehand.

Super efficient service.

It was okay. The Dodge I reserved was unavailable on the day, so they gave me a Grand Cherokee instead. It had 50,000 kilometers on it but was still pretty nice to drive (though it was quite big).

No forced upselling, quick and smooth process, and they even gave us a bigger car.

Pick-up and return were really fast—dropping the car off was basically just handing over the keys and you’re done, the whole process took about 5 minutes. I got an almost brand-new Elantra with only 2,000 km on it. Super fuel-efficient and really nice to drive.

There were quite a lot of people in the budget line haha

Overall, pretty good. The car was in excellent condition, but I was a bit disappointed that this Hyundai model doesn't support CarPlay for navigation. It would be even better if the return location had a shuttle bus to the airport.

Very good, no upselling at all. The process was straightforward and they even upgraded the car to a Mercedes-Benz GLE350.
