ALAMO CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN GERMANY

Really great overall.

Really good, the car’s got plenty of power.

Had a pretty good experience overall. As long as you show up at your booked time, everything goes smoothly.

Really good overall.

Really efficient service and no annoying pushy insurance sales.

They’ve moved everything from T1 to T3 now – the rental counter and both pickup and return are all in T3. If you’re arriving at T1, you’ll need to take the little shuttle/train over to T3 to get your car, but it’s fine, there wasn’t much of a line. Returning the car is also at the T3 parking lot (Car Rental Return). When you drive into the garage you’ll see P10, P11, P12 – just follow signs to P12 and that’s where their return area is.

Really good experience. The Alamo counter at Munich Airport was excellent—super efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and paperwork were handled really fast. They’d run out of the VW Passat I originally booked, so I paid a bit extra to upgrade to a 5 Series Touring. Totally worth it, it drove great.

The front desk staff at Alamo were really nice, and both agents who helped us were very friendly and welcoming.

Pick‑up was really quick and drop‑off was super easy.

They added extra insurance coverage without clearly explaining what it actually included.

The staff were really friendly and everything on the bill was clear and easy to understand.

Got a diesel car and had to top up the AdBlue on the way. The rental company quickly agreed to reimburse me, now just waiting for it to hit my account.

It was okay overall

Absolutely amazing!

Overall it was fine, nothing to complain about.

Staff were all really friendly and helpful, and there was zero pressure for any extra purchases the whole time.

Super convenient, they refunded my deposit in just about half an hour.

Pretty good overall, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
